Alam is a rattan lampshade in the shape of a fish trap. It is the result of decades of craftsmanship and enhances your home with its natural look and clean lines. The inside of the lampshade is also equipped with rattan struts, which gives it a 3D look. The light is thrown onto the wall in a fascinating geometric shadow pattern.

The rattan lamp is available in two sizes, so there is the right one for every room. A sturdy metal frame ensures that it retains its evenly round shape over the long term.

Alam is delivered without bulbs and cables. However, these are available in the desired color and length at every hardware store.

Rattan palms tend to grow in large quantities in dense forests, where they are considered invasive plants because they take up space from other plants and drain many nutrients from the soil. The stems, which grow quickly without chemical additives, must be cut off regularly and, after the drying process, can be used as material for furniture and baskets. This makes rattan an extremely sustainable and abundant material.
