GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Countries we ship to: Germany - Belgium, France, The Netherlands

Germany:

Standard shipping from 6.45 EUR (up to 12.90 EUR) - will be calculated at checkout

FREE for orders over 100 EUR

Belgium, France, The Netherlands:

Standard shipping from EUR 16.95 EUR (up to EUR 33,90 EUR) - will be calculated at checkout

FREE for orders over 200 EUR

 

SHIPPING TIME

We process incoming orders on the same (working) day - items from our warehouse in Germany are usually sent via DHL on this or the following working day. Shipping time approx. 2-4 working days.

Items that are not shipped directly from our warehouse in Germany have a delivery time of approximately 3-10 days - this will be displayed during check-out.

It can therefore happen that your order is delivered in several packages in order to keep shipping routes and times as short and climate-friendly as possible and to save on packaging material for the sake of the environment!

If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/undeliverable address and is "returned to sender", moccatone is not responsible for shipping costs or fees. We will be happy to send the package back to another address. However, you will be asked to cover the shipping costs for the return. The same applies to shipments that went to a parcel shop/parcel station and have exceeded the storage period - "Pickup not carried out - returned to sender".
