FREE for orders over 100 EUR
Belgium, France, Netherlands:
Standard shipping from 16.95 EUR (up to 33.90 EUR) - calculated at checkout
FREE for orders over 200 EUR
SHIPPING TIMES
Incoming orders are processed by us on the same (working) day - items from our warehouse in Germany are usually shipped by DHL on that day or the following working day. Shipping time approx. 2-4 working days.
Items that are not shipped directly from our warehouse in Aachen (Germany) have a delivery time of approx. 3-10 days - this will be displayed at checkout.
Therefore, it may happen that your order is delivered in several packages to keep shipping routes and times as short & climate-friendly as possible and to save packaging material for the sake of the environment!

If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/undeliverable address and is "returned to sender", moccatone is not responsible for shipping costs or fees. We will gladly send the package to a different address. However, you will be asked to cover the return shipping costs. The same applies to shipments that went to a parcel shop/parcel station and exceeded the storage period - "Not collected - returned to sender".
