GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Countries we ship to: Germany, Belgium, Netherlands.

 

SHIPPING COSTS: NO.

FREE SHIPPING is currently available on all orders.

There are no additional shipping costs.


SHIPPING TIMES

We process incoming orders on the same (working) day - items from our warehouse in Germany are usually sent via DHL on this or the following working day. Shipping time approx. 2-4 working days .

Items that are not shipped directly from our warehouse in Aachen (Germany) have a delivery time of approximately 3-10 days - this will be displayed during check-out.

It can therefore happen that your order is delivered in several packages in order to keep shipping routes and times as short and climate-friendly as possible and to save on packaging material for the sake of the environment!

If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/undeliverable address and is "returned to sender", moccatone is not responsible for shipping costs or fees. We will be happy to return the package to another address. However, you will be asked to cover the shipping costs for the return. The same applies to shipments that went to a parcel shop/parcel station and have exceeded the storage period - "Pickup not carried out - returned to sender".
