PAMPAS GRASS TIPS FOR YOU

TIP 1: DO NOT SPRAY IMMEDIATELY

If you want your pampas grass to look particularly fluffy, don't spray it with hairspray immediately after purchasing it.

Be patient, leave it for about 2 weeks

This is often recommended and is the quick solution if the fluff bothers you, but it prevents the grass from spreading and the hairs of the pampas fronds from sticking together.

TIP 2: SHAKE IT OUT FIRST

The best thing to do is to carefully shake out each pampas mat individually in front of your front door to remove any loose fluff.

This will also help you to ensure that the fronds can unfold properly later (so-called "unhanging").

TIP 3: DIFFERENT LENGTHS CREATE A BETTER LOOK

Cut the pampas to the length you want.

This is how you can create a great look with your vase. The different heights and textures create a wild, voluminous look.

TIP 4: LONG STEEL FOR SMALL VASE OPENING

For pampas grass with rather long stems, a vase with a smaller opening is recommended so that the pampas grass does not wobble around unnecessarily or tip over.

TIP 5: NOTE THE BASICS

Pampas grass is very easy to care for because it does not need water and the location, whether there is light or not, does not matter.

As a preventative measure, you can spray the fronds with hairspray, clear varnish or a floral sealant approximately every 6 months. This will minimize the lint and ensure that you can enjoy the grass for a long time.

TIP 6: FIND THE BEST LOCATION

Pampas grass is one of the most robust and stable dried flowers there is.

Higher humidity (>60%) is no problem for pampas grass, so you can grow it perfectly in a bathroom or kitchen.
