We send our goods from our warehouse at the Aachen headquarters using SendMePack ® shipping packages - the most sustainable way to pack orders! Each package replaces new shipping packaging - thereby saving important resources, reducing packaging waste and reducing CO2 emissions.
Each box has a label with a name and an individual QR code.
So you can see its successes in the form of saved CO2. In addition, you will also receive an overview of which city this SendMePack ® has already been to.

The other products also usually leave their warehouse in recycled boxes and/or reused packaging material.

It can also happen that your order is delivered in several packages in order to keep shipping routes and times as short and climate-friendly as possible and to save on shipping materials for the sake of the environment.
